Effective payment of 999/m + tax (monthly of 723/m+tax), insanely low cost for a 148k car. No payments beyond downpayment till April 11th! Have sold one already to @refazi on this forum.
Currently at 17493 miles, with 13,500+ miles remaining, Lease grounding on July 11th 2025 (~8.25 months remaining, effective lease mileage at ~1700 miles per month).
Advertised effective payment is inclusive of a $2000 downpayment and $4500 reimbursement of prepayment to PFS account (proof on request), prepayment reimbursement is NON-negotiable but downpayment is. This also means you don't have a payment on the car until April 11th!
The lease ends on July 11th (~8 months remaining by the time of transfer, effective lease mileage at ~xxx miles per month). Over 13,500 miles remaining for the remainder of the lease!
No, I will not keep it in my name, you’ll need great personal or business credit and sufficient income. Dealer and personal references are available on request.
About the car: Window Sticker and pictures I took from delivery in Chicago attached. The car has all-around PPF. There is a bit of an indentation in the PPF from an adhesive front license bracket. Newish tires with plenty of life left (dealer-installed tires for CPO in June). I am the definition of a lurker but do have previous transaction history on here as well as LeaseHackr @hersheysweet, but send me a DM for a cell phone #.
Reason for selling: Got a company car, returned it, picked this up, and finally have another Porsche order coming in next month. More pictures coming.
